How to Order
At Atlantik Dekor, we make the B2B ordering process simple and transparent.
As a manufacturer and exporter based in Indonesia, our goal is to provide reliable sourcing solutions for retailers, wholesalers, and hospitality projects worldwide.
Here is a step-by-step guide to placing your order with us.
1. Send Your Inquiry
Browse our online catalog of furniture and home décor collections including teak, concrete, and lava stone.
Select the products you are interested in, then send us an inquiry through our contact page.
Please include product names, estimated quantities, and your destination port so we can prepare an accurate quotation.
2. Receive Quotation
Our sales team will provide a detailed quotation with wholesale pricing, MOQ (minimum order quantity), and estimated lead time.
We can also advise on mixed container loading and ODM or white label options if required.
All prices are FOB Indonesia unless otherwise requested.
3. Confirm Order
Once you confirm your order, we issue a Proforma Invoice.
Payment terms and conditions are shared at this stage and agreed upon before production begins.
We ensure that all arrangements are transparent and suitable for both sides.
4. Production & Quality Control
All products are crafted by skilled artisans in Indonesia. During production, our QC team inspects materials, finishing, and packing to ensure export-ready quality.
Buyers are welcome to arrange third-party inspection if preferred.
5. Shipping & Delivery
When production is complete, goods are securely packed for export. We assist with container booking, documentation, and customs clearance in Indonesia.
Shipments can be arranged to major global ports. Transit time depends on destination and shipping line schedule.
